Having worked within large corporate organisations, at senior operations and business director level, for a number of years. The transition to an established SME was initially challenging, although most rewarding. I joined the company in 2012 and have helped to oversee the most significant expansion in our history. One of the pre-requisites of our expansion plan was to ensure our philosophy of providing quality care and support services for each looked after person we encounter, no matter what their circumstances, was not diminished in any way. Despite Wrixon Care more than doubling in size since 2012, I remain confident as well as proud to say we have more than met this challenge.
