I have been part of the Wrixon Care team since joining the company from the public sector back in 2003. Being an HR Manager in a well run SME such as Wrixon Care really affords me the opportunity to get to know those I work with on a much more individual basis. This more intimate working environment not only allows me to provide an enhanced, tailored HR service for our staff but also enables me to provide more focused HR interventions across the whole business.
