Having worked within large corporate organisations, at a senior operations and business director, level for a number of years, the transition to an established SME such as Wrixon Care has been both challenging and rewarding. I joined the company in 2012 and have helped to oversee the most significant expansion in our 17 year history. One of the pre-requisites of our expansion plan was to ensure our philosophy of providing quality, caring and bespoke services for each client, no matter what their circumstances, was not diminished in any way because of our growth.
