I have been part of the Wrixon Care team for over ten years, having moved across from local Government in 2003. Being an HR Manager in an SME really affords me the opportunity to get to know those I work with on a much more personal basis. Because of this I’m not only able to provide a more personal level of service but I can provide more focused HR interventions across the business to ensure our teams are fully focused on their jobs and not having to worry, or be side tracked, about back room support issue. In a nutshell my job is providing the same level of bespoke personal service to our escort teams, that they in turn provide to clients in their care.
