1. Our procedure for considering complaints made to the registered person
by a service
user or a person acting on behalf of a service user (as above).
2. The registered person, Jan Wrixon shall supply a written copy of the
complaints
procedure to every service user and, upon request, to any person acting

Wrixon Care is fully registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection.
Our certificate number is: 1520002043
Launched in April 2004, The Commission for Social Care Inspection is the
single, independent inspectorate for all social care services in England.
The commission was created by the Health and Social Care (Community Health
and Standards) Act 2003.
For the first time, one single organisation has a total overview of the
whole social care industry. The commission provides a complete picture of
social care in England:
• locally and nationally
• in adult services and children's services
• for people who use social services
• for local councils, voluntary and private providers
• for government
CSCI's primary function is to promote improvements in social care. And we will do this by putting the people who use social care services firmly at the centre of our work. Wrixon Care are proud to announce that we registered with SCSI in September 2004 and have passed our recent annual inspection. Our report is available online: download a copy here
